How It Works
Lease Creation
Select a template, fill in tenant details, unit, rent amount, deposit, start date, and terms. The system generates a professional PDF lease agreement ready for download and sharing.
Recurring Charges
Attach recurring charges to each lease — service charge, garbage collection, security, parking, and any custom charge. These are automatically included in monthly invoicing.
Rent Escalation
Configure annual percentage increase or fixed amount. Set the escalation date (lease anniversary or specific month). System auto-updates rent on the scheduled date.
