Shows current balance, next due date, quick pay button, recent payments, and active maintenance requests at a glance.
One-Tap Payment
Tenant clicks 'Pay Now', confirms the amount, and receives an M-Pesa STK push on their phone. Payment is reconciled instantly.
Maintenance Requests
Tenants select a category (plumbing, electrical, etc.), describe the issue, upload photos, and submit. They can track status from 'Submitted' through to 'Resolved'.
Document Access
Tenants can view and download their lease agreement, move-in inspection report, and any documents shared by the manager.
Payment History
Complete ledger showing every invoice, payment, credit note, and running balance. PDF statements downloadable.
Mobile-First Design
